Your details, and who sees them

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your building (or the address you type if it isn't in our directory), unit size, furnishing status and timeline.
• The services you ask for help with, and anything you write in the notes box.
• The estimate range the calculator produced for your unit.

We do not ask for payment details, government ID, or access to your strata documents.

How we use it

To produce your estimate, to answer your questions, and — only when you tick the consent box and ask for specific services — to introduce you to the partners you selected for those categories.

A partner receives your name, email, phone, building, unit details, timeline, services requested, your estimate range and your note. They receive nothing else, and only when we introduce you.

Who sees it

Our own team, and the specific partners you asked to be introduced to. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with partners you didn't select, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep owner enquiries while we're helping you, and for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation back up if rules or your plans change. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Deleting your information

Email chad.giesbrecht@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my information" and the email address you used. We delete your enquiry and estimate from our records within 30 days, and we tell any partner we introduced you to that you've withdrawn.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic traffic analytics to understand which pages help owners. We don't use advertising cookies or sell audience data.

Your estimate is a planning number

Estimates use current Kelowna nightly rates and occupancy assumptions. They are not financial advice and not a guarantee of income. Rules also change — confirm current requirements with the City of Kelowna.
